Reinforcing aerospace cooperation

Airbus Defence and Space (ADS) and the Namibian University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) signed a Letter of Intent on February 16th, 2017, which galvanizes a long-standing cooperation supported all along by the French embassy.

This partnership aims at creating a Virtual Space Data Center in Namibia and at promoting scientific cooperation as well as training in the aerospace field. ADS will bring the necessary technical assistance and will contribute to developing the academic performances of the Namibian Institute of Sciences and Technology (NIST), headed by Mrs Smita Francis (NUST).
