Two paleontologists from France honored in Namibia [fr]

Mrs Brigitte SENUT and Mr Martin PICKFORD, respectively professors at the Muséum of Histoire Naturelle of Paris and at the Collège de France have made another new field research in Namibia (May 2013).

At the end of their mission, they made presentations of their findings to the Geological Society of Namibia : Mrs. Senut on « Twenty years of paleontological research in Namibia » and Mr. Pickford on his discoveries in the Etosha saltpan.

On this occasion, the twa academics have been granted the Hennon Martin medal by the Geological Society.
