TRAVELLING TO NAMIBIA
- No compelling reason required
- Negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours. The 72 hours are calculated from the time of testing until arrival in Namibia. Travelers can then move freely within the country
- PCR testing for entry into the country is not required for children under the age of 5
- Travelers arriving in Namibia should have travel insurance to cover any medical expenses related to Covid-19
It is recommended to check with your airline for boarding requirements.
TRAVELLING FROM NAMIBIA
I am vaccinated:
- Proof of complete vaccination (vaccines recognized by the EMA: Pfizer/Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca/Vaxzevria/Covishield, Janssen).
- No compelling reason required
- Negative RT-PCR or antigenic test less than 48 hours before departure
- Not subject to the 7-day self-isolation
I am not vaccinated:
- Compelling reason according to the list of compelling reasons for orange countries to be found at www.gouvernement.fr
- Negative RT-PCR or antigenic test less than 48 hours before departure (negative PCR or antigenic test less than 24 hours for the United Kingdom)
- Random antigenic test upon entry into metropolitan France
- Self-isolation for a period of 7 days
